Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due one week prior to the event.
Yes, rescheduling is possible based on availability. Please provide as much notice as possible to increase the likelihood of securing a new date.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
I typically conduct a consultation to understand the event flow, key participants, tone, and any special announcements or cultural elements. A final run-of-show is confirmed prior to the event.
No, I do not provide audio or visual equipment. It is expected that the event venue will supply a functioning microphone and sound system unless otherwise agreed upon.
